YOUR IMPACT
As part of our Professional Services unit, you will advise our enterprise customers on our customer communication management and document publishing solutions, especially OpenText Exstream, and be the customer's single point of contact for the OpenText Exstream projects.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Designing, developing and implementing customer communication management solutions and document publishing solutions
Defining data sources and collecting data to analyze the customer requirements
Developing applications based on the OpenText Exstream software
Designing the configuration and integration into the customers' infrastructure in collaboration with our integration practice team
Validating the solutions in collaboration with our customers and the solution center
Supporting presales activities, e.g. on proposal efforts
Training our customers and coaching our colleagues on OpenText Exstream suite products
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
Background in software development and familiarity with SOA environments, web services, java and application servers
Ideally 2+ years of experience with OpenText Exstream
Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases, XML/JSON for data processing and API integrations (RESTful APIs)
Experience in public cloud environments (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud), containerization (Kubernetes or Docker) and scripting (e.g. Python)
Beneficial is knowledge of print formats (PDF, AFP, PCL) and electronic communication (emails, digital channels)
Security and compliance know how is desirable (e.g. data protection, IAM, encryption, network security)
