The Senior Technology and Innovation Consultant will lead the development and deployment of advanced processes, tools, and technology to both drive the efficient delivery of projects as well as offer new services to our clients. The Senior Technology and Innovation Consultant will coordinate with project teams, project managers, business line managers, and division management throughout the evaluation of market and business trends, problem identification, solution creation, and implementation phases while adhering to budget constraints, design factors and client needs. What you will do

Lead initiative team to document business process and identify ways to improve execution of projects and services to improve workflow and efficiencies.Lead proposed project execution solutions (including, software, hardware, code writing, automated processes, other duties as needed).Quality review proof of concept activities including detailed savings, benefits and automated process improvements.Lead technology solutions to stakeholder successful adoption.Lead the technology initiative teams and improvement processes to encourage optimal utilization.Lead the implementation of processes and technology tools and deploy new tools to improve efficiency and workflow improvements on client projects.Review and provide feedback to proposed technology implementation and innovative approaches to our services and client deliverables.Present at tradeshows and conferences, emerging trends, markets and technologies. Responsible for identifying and developing, new and existing client and vendors.Review for viability, technologically innovative products, solutions, and services to create new revenue streams and improve project profit margins.Responsible for client development and maintaining vendor relationships, to evaluate integration of their solution(s) into business processes. Lead marketing efforts and identify key pursuits.Lead efforts with internal stakeholders, such as IT and Strategic Initiatives, to build wholistic and cohesive solutions for clients.Train and mentor staff.Responsible for overall QA/QC process adherence.Compliance with company and site safety policies.
