This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Position Summary:
Leading a regional team to build and enhance a comprehensive environment for systematic trading of risk. Components are built using modern Python and C++ along with integration with q/kdb+ for analytics and user interfaces for command and controlPartnering closely with the global Systematic Risk Trading lead to help shape and drive execution of technology strategyLiaising with the Equity LOB to drive a cohesive product roadmap supporting multiple workflows across lines of businessAnalyzing business requirements, forming an architectural design, overseeing cross team development and testing, and managing production issuesCollaborating closely with our Site Reliability Engineering group to achieve industry leading reliability and scalabilityDeveloping roadmaps for continuous platform improvementSkills:

Extensive experience in both Python and C++ development on LinuxExpert in building quantitative Electronic Trading applications, with specific exposure to automated on-exchange market makingAutomation first mindset across the software development lifecycle, particularly around shift-left testingAbility to architect resilient, instrumented, distributed systems achieving world class reliabilityFamiliarity with Agile software development and associated best practicesEnthusiastic, strong-minded person able to work closely with project teams in a multi-faceted role and help instill a responsible and professional cultureStrong communication skills with technical and non-technical partnersDesired SkillsFINRA Series 57 licensedDeep knowledge of Equities/Futures/Options/FX asset classes and algorithmic trading of these productsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements for trading in AMRS marketsWorking knowledge in architecting applications for Cloud and/or Containerized EnvironmentsMinimum Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree or equivalent working experience
