About the right team member

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Manager with expertise in marketing channel attribution, SQL, and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate has deep experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign reporting, email coding, and funnel optimization analysis. 

About the role

In this role, you will manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, streamline its integration with Salesforce, and improve sales routing processes. You’ll collaborate with paid media and lifecycle marketing teams on campaign reporting and tracking, as well as work with web developers to ensure seamless tracking of web optimization tests. 

Focused on B2B, you’ll support both the partner business marketplace and corporate wellness program by developing lead attribution systems and identifying optimization opportunities across the funnel. 

Build and maintain a lead attribution model for corporate and partner marketing Develop performance reports for paid and organic campaigns Identify and prioritize funnel optimization opportunities Support cross-team experiments with lead tracking and reporting Design and implement lead nurturing emails in HubSpot Develop, test, and optimize HubSpot workflows for email automation and CRM management Maintain the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce Skills & experienceAdvanced expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce Strong proficiency in SQL Experience developing lead attribution models Strong experience coding emails using HTML and HubL Familiarity with Tableau reporting (preferred) Background in revenue operations (a plus)
