Senior Technology Portfolio Liaison

Job Description:

At Regions, the Technology Portfolio Liaison will support the intake of new initiatives from technology and the business unit to help determine capacity and sequencing. This role will execute intake, prioritization, and impact assessment activities in accordance with enterprise/technology PMO framework, policies, and standards. This role will also collaborate with the portfolio management team to recommend and support continuous improvement efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

Facilitates intake, prioritization, and readiness of requests/new initiativesConducts impact assessments to understand capacityEvaluates new work requests to determine the preliminary scope, objectives, and alignment with strategic prioritiesAnalyzes capacity allocation and ensures teams have appropriate capacity and skillsConducts departmental trade-off analysis as neededDevelops and maintains roadmaps reflecting annual forecasts and quarterly commitmentsActs a key resource to support and develop technology roadmaps, monitoring for end of lifeCollaborates across multiple departments, engaging with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and seamless communication between teamsStandardizes the model for new workstream intake, charters, and roadmap documentationMentors junior team members and other technology staff

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related fieldEight (8) years of experience in information technology, project management, or a related area

Skills and Competencies

Additional Job Description

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary locations being for Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, or Nashville, TN. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$135,135.55 USD

Median:

$170,480.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:
