About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all aspects of diverse, medium to moderately complex IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates. Assists in managing overall Program budget.
The */dxg (Digital Experience Team) supporting OneWeb (WoltersKluwer.com) is expanding and looking for an ambitious Senior Technology Project & Program Manager to drive large, complex projects into successful delivery – with an Agile mindset. You are the link between business and IT and have a strong technical software development background. This position reports to the Associate Director, Technology Project and Program Management. This is a hybrid in-office position based in either our downtown Philadelphia office, Princeton NJ Office or Manhattan offices, requiring 2 days a week in office, while the other 3 days may be remote.
Lead specific workstreams of larger technology projects.
Manage project schedules and deliverables independently.
Provide insights and documentation of project requirements and scope.
Oversee and report on project progress and performance metrics.
Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks as needed.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Maintain project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and prepare concise updates.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Key Requirements:
BS or MS degree in computer science or related discipline is preferred
Between 5-7 years of technical project management experience, with a focus on Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum, Lean Startup and the Scaled Agile Framework
Minimum of 5 years working in a cross-functional, team-based environment
Experience in the management of complex digital software product development & delivery
Experience in managing distributed teams
Ability to effectively communicate decisions and their rationales to business unit stakeholders and development teams
Passionate about latest trends in the IT industry with a strong desire for innovation
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written and problem-solving skills
Experience with MS Office, with proficiency in Excel required, and Jira and Confluence, highly desired
Basic to intermediate understanding of budgeting processes
Proficiency in SmartSheet or MS Project required
Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 10%
Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $114,750 - $160,450
