The Telecom Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing their telecom operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing telecom billing, managing data circuits, and ensuring seamless communication with major telecom carriers. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and vendors. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in the telecom industry Prior experience with telecom billing, including understanding billing codes and terminology Excellent documentation skills Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on accuracy and acting in a proactive manner Strong communication skills as this individual will be communicating with major telecom carriers and internal customers Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables Strong understanding of different types of data circuits and the ability to select appropriate circuits Prior experience reading and reviewing telecom contracts Experience with ServiceNow Prior experience with SIM card provisioning null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
