Kforce's client in New York, NY is looking for a Senior Telecommunications Technician to support their team onsite 5 days a week, on a 6-month assignment. Responsibilities: * Support the Telecom Manager in planning and implementing telecom projects from initiation to completion * The Senior Telecommunications Technician will ensure timely delivery of telecom services and solutions * Assess and recommend telecom service providers, hardware, and software * Provide training to staff on telecom systems and ongoing technical support * Maintain productivity by assisting the U/X team with telecom needs * Travel to office locations across the five boroughs as needed * Utilize ticketing systems to address inquiries, resolve issues, and perform onsite repairs * Provide technical guidance on hardware, software, and telecom-related needs * Create user-facing instructional documentation, including user guides and technical materials * Conduct research and comparative analysis for end-user hardware and software solutions * Participate in A/V projects and provide technical expertise to ensure continuity in operations * Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * The Senior Telecommunications Technician will train staff on the use of telecommunication equipment * Assist the Director of U/X and Manager of A/V with research, feedback surveys, and pilot projects * Provide technical leadership, ensuring knowledge transfer to IT personnel
