Description Three years banking experience Extensive experience opening accounts (consumer and business) Comprehensive understanding of banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security MS Suite proficiency Recommends banking products and services to customers Sells in house and generates new business through business development Open and maintain consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts Perform Treasury Services, i.e., RDC (Check Scanner), Armored, and Courier Service Maintains thorough knowledge of bank products and services Maintains required documentation Maintains balance record and process teller transactions Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Data and report generation Expert customer service Retain at risk customers 10 hours CRA volunteer hours per year Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a teller or in a similar role. • Have a clear understanding and working knowledge of buying processes. • Exhibit proficiency in handling cash activities and cash handling procedures. • Possess knowledge of banking and finance law. • Have experience in opening new accounts and trust operations. • Display strong business development skills with the ability to identify and cultivate new opportunities. • Exhibit excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. • Display good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. • Be capable of working independently as well as within a team. • Possess problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer issues and complaints. • Have a strong sense of responsibility and reliability. • Be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
