We are currently seeking a Senior Test Engineer to work for our company. Summary: + Must have an active U.S. Government TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI Eligibility (Sponsorship will not be provided) + Will lead projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals who have been involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information systems. Will perform day- to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Will organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills. Will establish and alter (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities. Requirements: + Must have an active U.S. Government TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI Eligibility (Sponsorship will not be provided) + Must have one of the following DoD IAT Level II Certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCES, GCIH. + Must have 10+ years of relevant IT experience. + Must 5+ years' experience executing tests of systems (hardware and/or software) to evaluate results against specifications. + Must have 3+ years of experience designing a data analysis structure, determining scope, infrastructure, resources, and data sample size to ensure system requirements are adequately demonstrated. + Must have a bachelor's degree. + Must have previous experience with Test and Evaluation (T&E) supporting U.S. Government acquisition programs. + Must be familiar with INSCOM and Multi Domain Operations. + Must have experience in the creation, customization, and implementation of T&E Strategies, Master Plans, and/or System Evaluation Plans/Reports evaluating requirement and test plans. + Must have experience with Agile testing, creating automated testing, collecting, verifying, and validating test data. + Must have previous experience using protocol or packet analysis tools; virtualization, creating simulated/virtual computing environments. + Previous experience setting up and configuring wired and wireless networking devices in a test environment. + Must have knowledge network security architecture concepts including topology, protocols, components, and principles (e.g., application of defense-in-depth). + Must be able to write at a professional and technical level. Should be able to translate data and test results into evaluative conclusions.
