Senior Theater Knowledge Manager

The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. The program mission is to support users within the program of record through multiple support services including information sharing, data brokering and governance, messaging support, and access management. The program is a major player in the modernization efforts occurring for data services and strategy.

Responsibilities\:

Facilitate and organize monthly working group for global intelligence users to meet and discuss topics related to theater area of operations. Provide roster, agenda, and feedback reports to government from each working group. Maintain website metrics, feedback and requested quantitative actionable updates. Research region for specific reporting and understanding of needs for users in the theater. Conduct outreach to units and organizations related to the theater area of operations and maintain communication with points of contact. Works with other knowledge managers and teams on program to ensure knowledge community of interests are updated.  *

Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings. Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.

Clearance Required\:

TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI polygraph

Minimum Education\:

Associate’s Degree

Minimum Years of Experience\: 

10 years relevant experience

Required Certifications\:

Security certification

Preferred\:

Knowledge and experience of intelligence messaging and reporting standards. Use of intelligence applications and how different messaging is used across intelligence disciplines.
