What you will do:

Sales Compensation process administration and upkeepCompensation data management and analysisAssist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.Evaluate salaried, hourly, middle, and top management positions.Review changes in wages and salaries for conformance to company philosophy.Audits evaluation of positions and application of existing classifications to individuals.Assist in updating the salary structure where applicable.Conduct market analysis of groups or individuals within the company upon requestPrepares job descriptions based on job responsibility questionnaires and personal interviewsProvide compensation recommendations and offer letters for internal candidates and external hiresAssist in the acquisition process to help ensure compensation conformance with company policyPerforms all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all policies, rules, regulations and procedures.Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.Benefits and Pension Plans administration (Both DB & DC RPPs)Salary Structure and Job Banding administrationAssist with Annual Merit & Bonus cyclesPerforms other related duties as requested by management.

What you will bring:

Post secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field plus two (2) to four (4) years work experience in a similar roleHands-on experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) is requiredKnowledge of Advanced excel and formulas are key for success in this roleAbility to handle and contain information of a sensitive and confidential natureEffective analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenMust be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organizationHighly organized in prioritizing work, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast paced work environmentExtreme attention to detailMust be a self-starter with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
