Senior Total Rewards Partner

Your Role As our Senior Total Rewards Partner at the national level, you will be responsible for implementing and managing reward processes within the United States. You will be the primary contact within the local US organization, addressing knowledge gaps, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and adapting global Total Rewards strategies to fit the national context. The Total Rewards Partner will coordinate with the Global Total Rewards Partner to effectively roll out changes and support our local HR in understanding and adapting to new initiatives. Your Responsibilities Implement and manage reward processes within the United StatesEnsure local processes align with global standards and execute local implementation plansCapture and address day-to-day requests related to Total Rewards (TR) analysis, job evaluation, international transfer analysis, and STI calculation/calibration from the Center of Excellence (COE) Ensure tax compliance within the Share Matching Plan (SMP)Administer the bonus calculation process and plan assignments for all employees within the geographyAct as the primary contact within the local organization for TR-related issuesProvide first-level support to local stakeholders and escalate issues when necessaryProvide training and guidance to local HR teams on TR processes and policiesCoordinate with the Global TR Partner to effectively roll out changes in the country/countriesSupport local HR in understanding and adapting to new initiativesEnsure compliance with local regulations and standardsAnalyze deviations from the global blueprint and ensure necessary local adaptations Your Skills and Experiences Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in analytical roles in Compensation and Benefits, Finance or other related areas in a global complex organization3+ years work experience in a Compensation and Benefits role required, preferably at the managerial levelSolid financial background including understanding of legal, tax and employment legislation topicsStrong analytical skills with ability to deal with, synthesize and simplify large amount of dataProven experience leading cross-collaborative projects at a national level at a minimumAdvanced skills in MS Office (in particular Excel) Good Reasons to Join At Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. The target total compensation range for this position is between $115,000 and $140,000. Total compensation is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
