About this role:
Dow has an exciting opportunity for aSenior Total Rewards RepresentativesupportingCanada Benefits.This role can be located inMidland, MI (USA)orFort Saskatchewan (AB, CAN).
The Senior Total Rewards Representative acts as the first contact for Canadian benefits inquiries (through phone, chat, or e-Request) across various disciplines. Role is empowered to support and perform transactional activities required to enable HR business processes and drive a best-in-class Employee Experience. May act as a resource for less experienced staff. Takes a broad perspective on problems and identify new, less obvious solutions. Identifies major issues and patterns of partial/conflicting data. It requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and on-the-job experience to perform a variety of tasks under limited supervision. Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
This role will support Canada benefits and the Fort Saskatchewan Path2Zero program. The Path2Zero (P2Z) program will create the first net-zero emissions site of its kind in the world. In this role, you will develop full proficiency in a range of technical processes and procedures through job-related training and on-the-job experience. You will need to be able to apply knowledge of technical processes and procedures to perform a range of work assignments. You need to understand how multiple teams coordinate efforts and resources to achieve objectives and be able to explain complex technical information to members of your own team and other teams.
Responsibilities:
+ Acts as primary point-of-contact for Canadian benefits inquiries (via phone, chat, and e-Request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders.
+ Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate but remains responsible through completion.
+ Tracks progress and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries.
+ Engage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline, based on experience.
+ Supports oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise (e.g., volume of calls, staff absence, chat and e-Request queries, etc.).
+ Engages in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume).
+ Involves and drives general continuous improvement processes.
+ Leads data audits and analytics with a focus on benefit performance, cost and metric improvements.

Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ A minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
+ A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the country in which you're working. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.
