Senior TPM/Reliability Engineer

Interested in joining us on our journey? This position is responsible for developing, instituting, and maintaining a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program for the factory. Coordinate with the plant maintenance and operations teams to lead and mentor TPM events within the factory to improve equipment and process performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the proactive maintenance requirements for assets to increase plant productivity, maximize reliability performance in a sustainable way and to capture all opportunities for process improvement while reducing total costs. This will be achieved through critical analysis, implementation of an equipment reliability strategy, evaluation of proactive work results, follow-up on any failure with a formal Root Cause Failure Analysis for elimination of the failure. **Position** Senior TPM/Reliability Engineer **Location** USA, Louisville, KY **How You'll Create Possibilities** + Lead and execute the Total Production Maintenance (TPM) system and culture for the plant. + Lead TPM events within the factory and train the equipment operators and supervisors how to maintain equipment and propose continuous improvement ideas. + Provide status reports regarding the execution of TPM activities. + Establish and maintain processes, procedures, and practices regarding asset management which support reliability in existing and future equipment. + Ensure effective predictive and preventive maintenance functions are implemented, maintained, and supported. + Build and support a reliability culture. **What You'll Bring to Our Team** + 5+ years of experience in reliability, engineering, or a related field. + Knowledge of various maintenance and reliability processes including Maintenance planning and scheduling, lubrication management, vibration analysis, thermal analysis, root cause failure analysis and FMEA, criticality analysis, statistical analysis. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Advanced computer skills. + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. + Ability to lead a team. + Ability to develop and train in others on TPM, Maintenance Strategies (CBM, PDM, PM) and Equipment Reliability Fundamentals. + Prefered Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical) and 5+ years of hands-on experience working with manufacturing equipment or maintenance processes in a manufacturing environment. **Our Culture** Our work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
