Senior Trade Marketing Manager, Small Format/IDT/WS/Eb2b/Community
Overview The extension scope of this role is to further explore small format business opportunity by synergizing WS/EB2B push and small store velocity drive. Responsibilities • Explore Small format channel & shopper insight; develop insight base channel strategy for driving profitable business growth with coverage expansion and VPO improve. I. Deep dive on Channel development and shopper behavior trend, understand the category dynamics and consumer needs II. Develop Small format channel assortment, price, promotion, display strategy and guiding principle III. Identify 3years channel growth opportunities based on solid insights, and translate insight into action • Responsible for 52weeks channel calendar to drive quarterly base channel value growth, provide channel base guiding principle and driving for Plan to store execution I. Conduct quarterly brand and category review to identify key growth driver II. Identify channel base growth building block and initiate 52weeks Small format/IDT channel brand calendar/commercial policy /execution guiding principle to secure quarterly base value growth III. Responsible for “Small format/IDT playbook” development and facilitate cross function team discussion IV. Responsible for deliver full Small format/IDT channel plan in playbook platform V. Provide Small format/IDT landing plan for new innovation launch VI. Provide holistic channel solution to tie in with channel strategy VII. Initiate channel base investment analysis to continue improve the efficiency & effectiveness • Build functional expertise and develop team for insights based trade marketing program development capability. I. Leverage channel / category insight study, Initiate quarterly category and channel base performance analysis and review to support 52week Small format/IDT play book II. Build capability on turning category insights and analysis into actionable tactics and plans. III. Effectively develop and deploy “Best Practice” tools and menus to improve MU implementation quality. IV. Share knowledge and insights with MU trade marketing team to improve their business acumens V. Champion and embed GCS understanding , control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating Qualifications Minimum 8 years working experience in marketing or trade marketing or KA sales in multi-national company, experience in food and beverage industry is preferred Strong analytical, strategic and logical thinking skills Strong leadership, esp. lead cross functional work Strong self-motivation to explore new formats opportunity and build from 0 to 1 business model Ownership, agility, fast learning, fast iteration
