Job SummaryThe Senior Traffic Coordinator is responsible for performing ad operations focused on commercial scheduling that cover all our advertising zones and partner on traffic/operational matters with our external strategic partners. The Senior Coordinator will also interface with other corporate departments including Billing and Commercial Insertion to ensure smooth operations. The Senior Coordinator is also a resource for trouble shooting questions from the Traffic Coordinators.
Responsibilities Ensure that all orders are entered properly into software while reviewing coordinator activities to ensure highest rated spots follow business rules to maximize revenue. Resolve all scheduling discrepancies on advertising orders, PSAs and promotions. Ensure all daily schedules are loaded correctly, resolving all video and time conflicts. Perform pre-billing review of affidavits of performance used for invoicing with Account Executives. Ensuring Sales approval for all changes; as well as credit approval when there is an increase in dollars. Perform backwards verification to increase billable spots. Collaborate with Traffic Coordinators during the daily scheduling of spots on all networks and troubleshoot any questions. Assist in recruitment of coordinator roles, leading new hire training when onboarded. Act as a liaison between sales and commercial insertion ensuring the delivery of spots are electronically uploaded and encoded for scheduling. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with appropriate business group. This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $42,000.00 - $69,000.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
