The Crown Is YoursOur Customer Knowledge Management and Training team is passionate about creating exceptional onboarding and training experiences for our customer-facing teams. As a Senior Training Associate, you’ll create and maintain impactful training materials, lead engaging sessions, and optimize training strategies in collaboration with teams like Customer Experience, VIP, and Risk. In this role, you’ll manage diverse projects, guide knowledge base updates, and deliver workshops that inspire and empower our teams to excel.
What you’ll do as a Senior Training AssociateCreate and maintain training materials and reference guides for new intent projects.
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
Collaborate with Customer Experience, VIP, and Risk teams to optimize training processes.
Gather and share feedback on new initiatives and manage projects of varying scope and size.
Coordinate Q&A sessions, meetings, and training schedules with stakeholders.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide peer feedback during the content creation process.
Partner with the Knowledge Management team to ensure internal and external knowledge base articles are being updated and developed.
Create and deliver engaging workshops, breakout sessions, and training activities.
What you’ll bringAt least 1 year of professional experience (internships and co-ops will be considered).
Previous learning and development or knowledge base management experience is a plus.
Experience managing projects of varying scope, size, and complexity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
