• Collaborates to create action plans that support the translation of key strategic initiatives into operation.

• Works with cross-functional leaders to develop appropriate transformational solutions to current and future needs.  Builds close partnership with Regional Leadership, Facilities and Real Estate.

• Facilitates setting of timelines, dashboards and financial benchmarks for each initiative to keep executive leaders current on transformation project progress and potential red flags.

• Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and delivery of change. Manages through influence and leads through collaboration (individual contributor role).

• Assists with change management activities related to organizational, system and process improvements.

• Identifies, evaluates and determines appropriateness of leading edge/best practices to support the design and deployment of effective programs/process to accomplish goals.

• Codifies Transformation expertise into best practices, communications and other mediums in order to promote a transformation, change and innovation culture.

• Speaks the local language (Filipino) and acts as the ambassador of the Philippines' office, driving transformation.

• Preferred: Experience in construction project management and working with PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority).
