Senior Transformation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled, execution oriented and outcome driven Senior Transformation Strategist to join our Enterprise Analytics & Data Governance team. This role will play a crucial role in driving strategic technology and data-related transformation initiatives, facilitating executive decision-making, and managing organizational change across JLL.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Transformation Initiatives:

Lead cross-functional teams and departments in efforts to align on strategic initiatives and transformation and change management efforts.Work alongside senior leaders to define and prioritize strategic objectives to maximize the value of JLL's data and technology.Conduct in-depth analyses and stakeholder interviews to identify trends and opportunities to leverage data for better insights and decision-making.Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on potential strategic opportunities, risks/threats, and challenges.Design and implement effective strategies to drive data management excellence, improve business performance, and achieve organizational goals.Monitor and measure the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Change Management:

Develop and execute change and transformation strategies to drive successful adoption and implementation of strategic projects across Enterprise Analytics and Data Governance and the broader JLLT organization.Assess and communicate the impact of changes to key stakeholders and manage resistance effectively.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and adjust as necessary.

Strategic Communication & Data Analysis:

Develop and deliver communication programs and materials to support organizational change.Develop presentations and reports that articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.Provide recommendations and guidance to senior leadership based on thorough analysis and insights.

To be successful in this role, candidates will possess the following skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate complex concepts, methodologies and analytics into easily understood language and visualsAbility to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a dynamic environmentHighly organized and comfortable managing multiple work streams at onceAbility to present information to stakeholder groups and lead groups of leaders through dialogue and discourseAbility to create data visualizations for senior leaders that effectively communicate complex topics and drive decision making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in organizational change management, strategic planning, and project management.Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.Evidence of a data-driven approach to leading complex transformation/changeAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

100,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
