In this role, you will design, analyze, and manage high-voltage transmission line projects, ensuring delivery of innovative solutions that meet client needs. This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise, tackle challenging projects, and grow with a rapidly expanding company with a strong presence in your region. Key Responsibilities + Lead the design, analysis, and engineering of high-voltage transmission lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards. + Perform detailed engineering calculations and develop design documents, including plans, specifications, and drawings. + Oversee the preparation of PLS-CADD models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, and environmental engineers. + Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. + Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. + Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and client-specific guidelines. + Identify and mitigate project risks while supporting scope changes and adjustments. + Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development opportunities. + Support the preparation of RFP responses and participate in business development activities. + Perform other duties as assigned. Requirement Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. + 8+ years of experience in transmission engineering, EPC experience preferred. + Professional Engineer (PE) license required. + Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, MicroStation, PLS-CADD, and MathCADD. + Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
