What You Need• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.• 7–10 years of transportation operations experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale fleet and operations.• Proficiency in transportation management systems and continuous improvement practices.• Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

What You’ll Do
As our Senior Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure balanced resources and optimal performance.• Make critical employment decisions, including hiring, promotions, and corrective actions.• Oversee employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.• Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and compliance with procedures.• Maintain accurate records of employee timekeeping and attendance.Transportation Operations
• Collaborate with customer service, shipping, and brokerage teams to optimize delivery strategies.• Monitor and adjust driver capacity to support efficient operations across locations.• Partner with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.• Use Continuous Quality Improvement and statistical methods to plan for future delivery needs.Performance Monitoring
