Senior Treasury Analyst - 19021

Great opportunity for a seasoned financial analyst to lead the treasury team for a fast growing Winnipeg group of construction and property management companies.  Reporting to the executive, you will oversee all aspects of Cash, Funding and Working Capital Management of the organization. Your role will be instrumental in assessing financing options, performing scenario analysis and completing compliance reporting, metrics and various complex analysis.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures Managing cash flow and liquidity including daily/weekly cash positions, bank reconciliations and forecasting Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S), especially specific to the industry Analyzing and managing financial risks Providing support for debt and capital structure decisions Loan management, including the tracking of principal/interest costs, maturity dates, appraisal expirations and processing draws and repayments Coordinating with banks and affiliates Managing the investment of funds and the evaluation of risk Supporting monthly closings and reporting Working closely with management and business leaders to support the CapEx application process, including budgeting, KPI's and tracking Supporting the budget process as it relates to loan calculations, mortgages and long-term debt, fixed assets, cash and A/R
What the successful candidate will bring:
Degree in Business, Finance or designation as a CPA 5+ years experience in a Financial Treasury related role Construction/Property Development experience highly desirable Previous supervisory experience Ability to perform analysis and present information with clear conclusions and recommendations Strong communication skills and ability to connect with all levels within the organization Experience with data analysis and visualization tools preferred Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
