Senior Treasury Analyst

Job Summary

The Senior Treasury Analyst will serve as a primary lead on daily cash settlement process, including inputting and releasing wire transfers. This role will also have responsibility for ongoing maintenance of the company’s bank accounts.

Responsibilities Responsible for the daily reconciliation of cash inflows and outflows Initiate and confirm all company wire transfers Ensure timely and accurate settlement of foreign exchange (FX) trades, including proper delivery instructions Investigate and resolve any discrepancies, working directly with internal departments and external financial institutions as needed Provide inputs and information to team members and cross-functional partners for effective cash flow forecasting Act as Treasury Administrator for all the Bank Proprietary platforms and prepare quarterly admin review for audit Responsible for account maintenance and oversight of account feeds; open, modify, and close accounts as needed Ensure integrity of the consolidated working capital structure by setting and adhering to standards for receipts and disbursement mechanisms Prepare monthly analysis of company bank fees Responsible for providing daily/weekly/quarterly reports to accounting/audit and management Work with auditors to ensure department is SOX Compliant Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Treasury Operations or related finance experience required Strong organizational and analytical skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software, specifically Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the department and across the organization Familiarity with Kyriba or other similar treasury operations software preferred Ability to identify process improvements and recommend improvements

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00 - $126,684.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
