Senior Treasury Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to support our Treasury function. This position reports to the Treasury Manager and will contribute to REI’s success as a key contributor to the Treasury organization overseeing the processing, reporting and forecasting of the Company’s day-to-day cash management functions, developing efficiencies and documenting processes, and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization, representing the Treasury as a subject matter expert. Models and acts in accordance with REI’s guiding values and mission. **Responsibilities and Qualifications** **Responsibilities** + Support short-term and long-term cash forecasting to align with the company’s strategic objectives + Support daily cash positioning, settlement and reconciliation on an as needed basis. + Establish and maintain of relationships with various financial institutions, + Bank account management oversight, including relationship management, opening/closing accounts, maintenance of appropriate bank account signers and maintaining compliance with internal controls and ensures execution of transactions and resolution of issues + Produces Co-op reporting on cash and investments, supports development of key operational dashboards. + Conducts investing activity, monitors and provides analysis on investment strategy and portfolio performance. + Works cross-divisionally supporting REI’s strategic initiatives. + Maintains Banking and Letter of Credit platforms. + Identify and implement enhancements to treasury systems; ERP, Forecasting, Concur, T&E + Develops, reviews and implements process improvements. + Assist with accounting and audit related projects and requests. + Assist with REI’s Travel and Expense program + Cross trains with other employees on treasury related responsibilities, processes and tools and serves as a backup when needed. **Qualifications** + 5+ years of cash management, treasury and/or finance experience. + Proven project management experience. + Effective systematic and problem solving skills. + Experience in banking services, products and regulations. + Advanced computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft products. + Experience in Treasury Management Systems or Treasury Workstation + Experience in SAP or other ERP system + Certified Cash Manager or Certified Treasury Professional + Experience with Asset Based Lending credit facility and covenant reporting + Experience with corporate commercial card programs + Experience and understanding of processes within a growing multi-unit retailer + Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred. + Experience working with corporate travel and expense programs **Closing** **At REI, we believe the outdoors is for all.** We are committed to becoming a fully inclusive, anti-racist, multicultural organization.
