Senior Treasury Manager reports to the Senior Director of Treasury and provides a key leadership role implementing of the global Treasury function in the organization
Co-Lead the existing Cash Flow Management process (both Cash based CF and Non-GAAP based CF), Daily Cash Reconciliation process, Month-end/Quarter-end reporting/Reconciliation with Accounting and then enhance the process as needed
Co-Lead CF analysis, work closely with FP&A on related CF analysis and forecasting
Manage and deliver related Close items for Corp Treasury; Manage Share Repurchase program with related internal teams
Apply knowledge to provide internal advice, including ability to research and provide guidance on US GAAP accounting implications to the organization on areas in interest rate risk management, and Term Loan management, Sr. Notes/HY management etc.
Manage International business expansion related tasks, including international BG issuance/capital injection/entity formation
Analyze, structure, and execute on financing initiatives per guidance; prepare needed analysis to optimize RingCentral’s capital structure and cost of financing; provide reporting and compliance per requirements; Monitor financing needs; Reporting and advising on key financial metrics to senior management
Manage the long-term model in partnership with FP&A, Tax and Corporate Development to assess financing needs and conduct detailed scenario analysis for financing alternatives
Manage RC Investment portfolio and work closely with existing external managers on investment strategy and identify investment vehicle as needed
This position is a leadership role in the Finance organization of the Company and will work regularly with key finance leaders
Manage relationships with banking partners globally and utilize them to provide timely analysis and recommendations to support our growth
Co-Lead building and managing our currency hedging program and related reporting/SOX process
Experience in implementing and maintaining treasury management system
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting, CFA and/or CPA preferred
8+ years of progressive experiences in a Corp Treasury, Finance and Accounting function
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to bring innovative approaches in analyzing and solving problems; The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, a proactive demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Experience with and understanding of Corp Treasury and Accounting concepts and challenges
Experience with executing financing transactions across a variety of debt and equity solutions and/or currencies
Ability to liaise with internal partners in Tax, Legal, Corporate Development, FP&A, Controllership
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Finance modeling
ERP system efficiency in NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.
Experienced in TMS, such as GTreasury and/or Kyriba

If you are hired in Belmont, the compensation range for this position is between $113,050 and $161,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
