Responsibilities:

Lead UI/UX design efforts by gathering customer requirements and delivering wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Modernize existing tools and interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, and performance.Utilize Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create human-centered design solutions.Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.Manage tasks and documentation using Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).

Qualifications:

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph.8-10 years of experience in UI/UX design with expertise in human-centered design principles.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).Familiarity with secure networks and designing for restricted environments.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience in government or defense sector projects.
