Performs all the essential functions of the Registered Sonographer. Performs and evaluates sonographic examinations and physiologic vascular testing. Obtains clinical history and performs a physical assessment of the patient's condition to determine appropriate testing protocol.  Provides a technical interpretation of sonographic and physiologic data to aid physicians in rendering a medical diagnosis.  Requires credentials from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in a minimum of three specialties including vascular technology. New grads may be allowed to acquire some specialties after hire.

Part time, 0.6 FTE, Variable shift, 24 Hours a week - no relocation and bonus

 

Full-time, 0.9 FTE, Night shift, 36 hours per week (work hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7pm-7am AKT). 10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Required Qualifications: 

Coursework/Training - Completion of ultrasound program (min 1 year in length)     Associate's Degree - In a related health care field or credentials with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer upon hire.  National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

2 years - Recent full-time paid experience in abdomen, OB/GYN, and vascular technology.  Recent experience in Neurosonography.
