Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Cisco UC Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support Unified Communications solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Cisco Collaboration technologies, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality communication solutions that meet organizational needs.Design Implement and support Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Contact Center (UCCX), Cisco Webex, Video conferencing, Video mesh node, Cisco Cloud calling, Cisco Cloud Contact Center, Expressways, Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Emergency responder.Experience in Cisco Video Conferencing products such as WebEx Room kit, WebEx boards.Strong experience in Cisco UC applications such as Cisco Expressway Edge and Core.UCCX Call flow development based on the customer requirement.Configure voice gateways, CUBES, SIP trunks, and other supporting technologies.Develop and manage dial plans, call routing, and QoS for voice and video traffic.Experience with UCS platforms and VMware technologies such as vCenter vSphere EXSi and vSphere client.Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups with minimal disruption. Ensure adherence to organizational standards and security policies.Integrate Cisco UC solutions with third-party applications and services as needed.Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco UC environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance. Provide Level 2/3 technical support for voice, video, and collaboration-related issues.Stay current with the latest Cisco UC technologies, trends, and best practices to recommend system improvements. Identify and implement opportunities to optimize system efficiency and enhance the user experience.

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Technology related field.Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications technologies. Hands-on experience with CUCM, UCCX, WebEx Cloud calling, Control Hub, WebEx Cloud Contact center, Video conferencing, Unity Connection, Webex, CUBES and voice gateways.Candidate must have configuration, and troubleshooting experience with the following:Cisco Unified Communications ManagerCisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX)Cisco Expressway C/E, Cisco Mobile and Remote Access (MRA)Cisco Cloud Calling, Cisco WebEx, Cisco Control Hub.Cisco Cloud Contact CenterCisco IOS Voice GatewaysCisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)Cisco Emergency Responder (CER)Proficiency in SIP, H.323, SCCP, and other relevant communication protocols.
