Responsibilities Conducting threat analysis, providing assessments of threats and vulnerabilities, producing investigative leads, uncovering policy violations, assessing risk posed by trusted insiders, overseeing data collection using UAM tools, and managing & developing approved data analytics tools.Preparing, conducting tailored briefings, assessments, and conducting liaison with other agencies and organizations to collaborate on program operations and lessons learned.Integrating information from system monitoring tools and other sources to decipher underlying trends or uncover anomalies and discern obscure patterns and attributes.Compiling results into reports or analytical products.Preparing and presenting analysis, in the form of briefings and/or reports, to government leads and managers.Performing proactive inquiries and collaborating with DoS investigative entities, IC organizations, and Law Enforcement agencies/entities.Providing training and mentorship to junior or new personnel supporting DARC in the scope of this tasking.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree – Information or Computer Systems a plusMinimum of eight (8) years’ experience with analytical problem solving, familiar with conducting operations relating to insider threat.Experience with UAM tool.Experience conducting threat analysis, providing assessments of threats and vulnerabilities, producing investigative leads, uncovering policy violations, assessing risk posed by trusted insiders, overseeing data collection using UAM tools, and managing & developing approved data analytics tools.Experience preparing, conducting tailored briefings, assessments, and conducting liaison with other agencies and organizations to collaborate on program operations and lessons learned.Experience integrating information from system monitoring tools and other sources to decipher underlying trends or uncover anomalies and discern obscure patterns and attributes.Experience compiling results into reports or analytical products.Experience preparing and presenting analysis, in the form of briefings and/or reports, to government leads and managers.Experience performing proactive inquiries and collaborating with DoS investigative entities, IC organizations, and Law Enforcement agencies/entities.Experience providing training and mentorship to junior or new personnel supporting DARC in the scope of this tasking.Experience handling multiple projects at onceExperience taking over management of projects at different levels of completionRelevant certifications such as DoD Directive 8570 compliance or equivalent industry-recognized credentialsMust be a U.S. Citizen and possess a TS/SCI security clearanceMust be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment

Preferred Qualifications

Networking Certifications a plusCertified Information Security Manager (CISM) a plusProject Management Professional preferredGood working skills in Remedy trouble ticketing and asset management systemPrevious working experience at DoS is desirable, but not required
