What you`ll do:

Summary:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Provisioning CoE. You will play a key role in defining and evolving the customer onboarding journey for all SAP cloud solutions.

You will directly contribute to the success of our corporate strategy by ensuring a harmonized Suite First experience, putting the customer at the center, and enabling a seamless up-sell/cross-sell experience.

The Role:

As a Senior UX Designer, you, together with technical and product experts, will be responsible to define SAP’s future consumption experience in the cloud. You will create user flows, visual designs, and detailed customer journeys for the customer-facing tools that guide our users throughout the complete onboarding journey.

You love creating appealing, modern user interfaces and are up for the challenge to combine consumer-grade experiences with enterprise-level complexity. You already have a basic understanding of cloud solutions and SAP’s business model. You know

how to set expectations and prioritize with tight timelines and keep the can-do attitude.

- BA/MA/Diploma in a technical field of study

- 5+ years of experience in designing user interfaces

- Proficiency in design tools like figma and the Adobe suite

- Experience with designing experiences adhering to corporate guidelines
