JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will become part of our growing design practice, helping enGen create best-in-class digital health experiences. You’ll ensure end user needs translate into the design decisions you make in the products that enGen creates and become the expert on those experiences. You’ll do this with a group of product managers, product owners, scrum masters UI developers and analytics peers, all who believe the best work comes from collaboration, is driven by strategy, and defined by outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a design related field or 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu5 years with human centered design strategies and design thinking exercises, and demonstrated understanding of usability, analytics, and user testing5 years of collaboration with Front-end engineers and Product managers to organize project planning and execution standards5 years using facilitation, collaboration, and consensus-building skills, with experience in presenting to cross-functional teams
