The Position
As a Senior User Research, you will facilitate user experience in early phases of device innovation projects coordinating and conducting user experience studies. 

Your day-to-day areas of responsibilities will include:

Ensure planning and facilitation of user research activities in cooperation with the project Generate User Insights to feed into product innovation Co-create with design, engineering and prototype lab to ensure that the user perspective is embedded into the final product Set direction and deliver results in own role having direct impact within or outside the unit Align with stakeholders to develop and implement new insights Coordinate user experience studies by planning and developing protocols

 

Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you will have:

 A master’s degree and/ or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working within user experience, ideally with a physical product focus Social science knowledge and application experience Broad methodological experience and solid theoretical background Solid experience with data documentation and reporting thorough data-collection efforts, analysis and synthesis capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English

 

As a person, you are self-driven, structured and have a desire to improve solutions through a user-centric approach. You are a strong team player recognised for your interpersonal skills. You are energetic, result-oriented and comfortable with taking initiative with a ‘can do’ mind-set and drive problem solving. You have an analytical mindset and can easily navigate in the intersection between data, people and processes. Lastly, you have a curiosity and passion for creating the best possible solution for our end users.
