Key Responsibilities

工作范围：

生产线设备：目前包含干粮生产线、零食生产线的相关工艺及包装设备和控制系统。未来会包含湿粮生产线的设备。公共设施包括：空压系统、锅炉蒸汽系统、软水处理系统、污水处理系统、消防系统、高低压配电、建筑暖通、工艺Airflow通风控制系统等。

工作职责：

倒班，分白班和夜班，每班12小时。倒班时能够对生产线设备及公共设施设备进行日常巡检；参与定期的PM检修，清洁，润滑。倒班时能对设备故障排查分析并有效解决。倒班时能监控能耗耗用和公共设施运行情况，包括污水处理运行情况、制冷系统、空调系统、10KV变电站、消防系统等。

Context and Scope

作为倒班维修操作员，能快速响应、定位问题并解决问题。需要具备解决日常中的机械和电气相关问题的技术能力。需要和生产倒班班组，包括带班经理、生产技术员、操作员，进行有效沟通。配合白班区域维修技术员参与支持工厂设备的PM建立和实施工作。能够定期回顾故障总结、寻找改善机会点，并分享给维修部门。协助上级经理完成其他任务

Job Specifications/Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualifications专业：机械及电气专业相关优先，中专及以上学历，有食品公司经验者佳Knowledge / Experience三年以上设备维修经验,有很强的故障排查和问题解决的能力。阅读英文资料及英文书面表达能力TPM相关的AM和PM知识必须了解GMP，HACCP和ISO的相关知识能够熟练应用标准工具解决问题，如：鱼骨图和DMAIC
