Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand contractual documents, including but not limited to; deeds, engineering plans, sub-contractor proposals, reimbursement agreements, occupancy and use agreements, etc.Proficiency in AutoCAD, or MicroStationExperience/Knowledge of Transportation/RoadwayExperience/knowledge of Utility Companies, and Industry StandardsFamiliarity with Utility Accommodation Policies on roadway facilities.Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experienceA minimum of 7 years related experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to read and understand civil transportation engineering design plansAbility to read and understand utility installation and adjustment plansProficiency in Bluebeam Revu, ArcGIS, KMZsPosition requires strong communication, both verbal and written, organization skills, attention to detail, scheduling and problem-solving skillsAbility to mentor less-experienced staff.
