Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. **Job Location: Jersey City, NJ** **Job Description** + Update existing Figma layouts and Adobe Creative Cloud assets as per client requests typically within short timelines. + All work is to be done under the direct supervision of the client's design team with secondary oversight from the Digital Marketing agency. + Utilize industry best practices to help support design decisions. + Interface with Project Managers and QA team members to implement further revisions as needed during internal review. + Interface directly with client team to help defend design decisions and discuss any needed revisions. + Understand and consistently apply WCAG 2.2-compliant design practices.Qualifications: Must have a portfolio of client design work that demonstrates an ability to absorb interpret and apply client/internal direction. + Should have previous experience in digital marketing projects. Should have experience in applying and extending Design Systems. + Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud required. Fluency with accessible design (WCAG 2.2) is either required or the candidate must be willing to ramp up on the subject matter very quickly. WCAG 2.2 compliance is a legal requirement of all Digital Marketing client work.
