To achieve this, we are seeking experienced, innovative, and self-driven Senior UX Designers who thrive on turning complex challenges into seamless user experiences. Our focus is on designing cutting-edge AI solutions that align with user needs and business objectives. In this role, you will be a key contributor, working closely with AI developers, data scientists, product managers, and user researchers to deliver high-quality design outcomes. You will also support the Lead Designer in mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative team environment.

About the Role

As a Sr. UX Designer, you will:

Key Responsibilities: 

- Collaborate with the AIX design team to develop and implement user-centered design strategies for AI-driven products.

- Work closely with AI developers, data scientists, product managers, and user researchers to create seamless and engaging user experiences.

- Contribute to the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

- Support the Lead Designer in mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in UX/UI design and AI technologies.

- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.

About You

You’re a fit for this role if you have:

Qualifications: 

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles.

- Experience in working on projects involving AI or technology-driven experiences.

- Experience designing products with AI/ML components or complex data interactions.

- Experience designing transparency, explanability and trust-building mechanisms for AI systems.

- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and familiarity with prototyping tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

Desired Skills: 

- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their implications for UX design. Knowledge of AI capabilities, limitations, and human-AI interaction patterns.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges.
