Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join our growing Business Information (BI) Product Management team and help create and accelerate our growth ambitions.
We've got a wealth of ideas, a fantastic team and the desire to help even more SMEs make better financial decisions and for their lenders to be informed with the best analytics and data to make help SMEs grow without stepping beyond their own risk appetite.
You'll report to the Product Director for Software and work with our Product Management teams, steering the evolution of our application user interface designs.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysts and Development teams to create high-quality user experience and intuitive interfaces for complex software applications.Create standard UX documentation including conceptual models, wireframes, user flows, user scenarios, navigation schemas, documentation and working prototypes.Maintain the internal standards, templates and processes necessary to guarantee a consistent, unified, high-quality user experience across all products in the suite.Oversee creation of mock-ups and functional prototypes.Work with development teams and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented.Support operational needs regarding Experian/DA style guides and visual branding.Create experiences that solve complex interactions with elegance and simple designs. Your designs tell a compelling story about users and products.QualificationsWhat you'll bring:
Around 4 years of experience in User Interface design and usability evaluation experience (preferably around web-based UIs).Excellent English skills - both written and verbal.UX design standards and workflow processes using Figma, Axure or similar.Presentation visual designs to stakeholders.Familiarity with usability testing processes and prototyping.Experience with product development lifecycle; some knowledge of product and project managementHandle dynamic environment.Passion of user-centered design with experience designing all user interactions especially for web, mobile and applications.You develop relationships both externally and internally.Additional InformationYou will get:
