Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Senior UX Designer to join their team. Overview: This group does not have a full flow UX org at the moment, so they are looking for this candidate to come in and work directly with the director of app dev as well as product and assist with structure and processes. They currently run 3-week sprints and expect the first week to be personas, user research, etc., and the final two weeks be mockups and design. They will be using heavy Figma so would like this person to be an expert in this tool.
