Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior UX Researcher in Chicago, IL. Essential Functions: * Senior UX Researcher will facilitate, direct and solicit feedback during design reviews * Develop data collection efforts and oversee data analysis and synthesis using industry standard techniques * Design and implement research studies, including developing methodologies and data collection instruments * Lead, plan and execute field visits to shadow users in ethnographic states * Develop, prepare and deliver research reports, presentations, and other research deliverables * As a Senior UX Researcher, you will analyze research findings across products and provide actionable insights to stakeholders; Maintain and advocate for research repository * Strategize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into decision-making processes * Lead and plan workshops using established workshop frameworks * Mentor researchers and provide guidance on research best practices; Actively contribute to team culture and research ops * Stay abreast of emerging trends and methodologies in the field of research
