About the roleWe are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who is passionate about championing user insights and driving a customer-centric culture across a large organization. In this role, you will lead high-impact research, evangelize findings across teams, and champion research insights with aims of influencing product strategy, design, and business decisions.
This role is for the first UX Researcher within Sinch's new US-based Voice of the Customer team. In this early phase, everyone on the team will wear many hats as we establish the organization and begin to deliver value. We're looking for self-starters with a growth mindset, as we'll likely encounter challenges along the way. You will report to the Voice of the Customer director, within the Product Design organization.
