Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
- Conduct user research to deeply understand needs, creating user-centric solutions.
- Plan, organize and manage the information architecture and map journeys to ensure a fluid, intuitive experience and collect requirements.
- Create and maintain design systems, applying typography, layout, and visual composition concepts for consistent and attractive interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, mockups - low/medium/high fidelity and interactive prototypes focusing on screens (sites/systems) to validate and test ideas with the team and stakeholders.
- Perform usability tests and analyze behaviors to improve interfaces based on real data.
- Collaborate in an agile and multidisciplinary environment, working side by side with development, marketing, and product.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and dynamic activities.
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma.
- Experience in UX/UI: including low/medium/high prototyping, conducting research, journey mapping, accessibility and usability practices, and requirements architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of visual design and design systems to ensure consistency and visual impact.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate communication and alignment with developers.
- Leadership mindset, with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Desirable: Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
