Job Description:

As a Senior UX Usability Expert, you will be an essential partner in validating innovative products across various domains. You will assist in usability and validation programs throughout the lifecycle of a product. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our designs. We will collaborate within the User Experience team and with Product and Engineering leaders to create value and craft great experiences for our users.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of usability and validation plans based on product/business needs.

Conduct usability testing sessions and validation workshops.

Experience with a variety of testing methods throughout a product lifecycle.

Perform ad-hoc testing and guerilla usability studies.

Analyze and report on usability findings to inform product design and improvements.

Work with team members to identify and track metrics/trends relevant to company and product goals.

Comfortable working with ambiguity within a fast-paced environment to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Strive to be a great communicator, articulate and confident in your delivery.

Key Qualifications:

5 years of experience in the usability and testing fields.

5+ years of experience working collaboratively across functions (e.g., product, engineering, design, marketing, data science, and sales).

Experience working with qualitative and quantitative study methodologies

Experience working with UserTesting, Dscout, Figma

Education qualifications:Bachelor level degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study.

Working hours: EMEA (approx. 9.00 am - 5.30 pm CET)

Location: This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 1-3 times per week.

Compensation:

Salary for Slovakia starting from 4 000EUR gross monthly.

Salary for Czech Republic starting from 119 000CZK gross monthly.

Salary for Poland starting from 17 600PLN gross monthly.
The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
