Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Valuations Coordinator within REVS (Real Estate Valuation Services) Appraisal Quality Review Team. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

Perform valuation review support to confirm appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory and bank policySupport the work of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of the whole teamProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within ValuationsAssign reviews according to due dates and rush requestsEnsure proper distribution of workflow according to schedulesMonitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with on-boarding and trainingPerform complex organizational, assignable, workable and customer-centric tasksProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experience staffInteract with immediate team, department staff and individuals outside of Valuations on questions or feedbackInteract with internal or external customers in a customer support role


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

CMS (Collateral Management System) experienceCORE Origination System experienceOPERA system experienceKnowledge of Residential AppraisalsCustomer service focus with the ability to analyze, research, and respond to moderately complex customer or agency issues and complaintsProven ability to meet quality standardsAbility to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationshipsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in virtual environment where team members and partners are in various time zones and locationsAbility to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and managementMicrosoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating dataKnowledge and understanding of real estate valuations and titles within the Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) residential team

Job Expectations:

Location: 1801 Park View Dr Shoreview MN 55126Shift is Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$23.13 - $41.11
