Based in Hong Kong, the candidate will be primarily responsible for providing all aspects of property valuation services in Hong Kong. You will utilize your surveying expertise in executing client projects independently. Deliverables will include but not limit to performing property research, conducting valuation analysis & site inspections and preparing valuation reports.

Education:

Tertiary qualification in Surveying, Estate Management or other equivalent qualifications or above.5 years of working experience in related fields. (more experienced applicant can consider a more senior post)Solid experience in applying technical skills and valuation models in daily works.Possession of professional membership of HKIS/RICS or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.Strong communication skills with marketing and client facing experience is an advantage.Sound knowledge of using computer applications of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. is required.Enthusiasm and positive attitude in individual works, team works and continuous learning.
