The Senior Sales Manager will be a customer facing position, responsible for developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Working closely with sales teams to identify new valve growth opportunities within specified region and industryDevelop and foster relationships with key decision makers at EPCs, OEMs, and End Users involved in the selection and purchase of control and relief valvesExpanding Baker Hughes valves sales volumes through coordinated project pursuit and customer engagementConduct external and internal market research and prospecting to build robust, qualified sales pipelineCoordinate, where applicable, with channel partner sales teams to effectively cover key project stakeholdersSharing best practices within region and with global sales teamsProviding regional market intelligence and customer intelligence in the fast-growing Energy Transition industry

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's education in a STEM discipline from an accredited college (or or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in the Energy Sector)Have 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service within the control valves, automation, and/or process control industriesHave strong background with industrial B2B product sales including knowledge around customer project timing, budget creation, strategic sales, and negotiationBe able to communicate at all levels within the organization and able to effectively influence others through data and experienceDemonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environmentBe able to travel for business up to 50% of the timeWorking with us
