Requirements:

8+ years of experience as a VDI SME, managing security agent updates on VDI infrastructure and software installations on VDI images (VDAs). Hands-on experience with Nutanix and NetScaler. Implement VDI security policy changes using AppSense or a comparable tool. Ensure VDI implementations (delivery groups) are appropriately sized and disk images are properly maintained (merged, consolidated, and deleted). Perform basic troubleshooting of Citrix, Windows/Linux OS, hardware, security agents, and VMs, escalating issues as needed. Manage OS (Windows/Linux), hardware (firmware), and security agent patching and updates. Participate in incident bridges, update tickets accurately and promptly, and escalate as necessary.
