Job Description:

CUSTOMER

Conduct ongoing monitoring, analysis and reporting on a Third Party's performance through the delivery of services against SLAs, SLOs, KPIs or other contractual commitments, within assigned portfolio as requiredMonitor spend against the financial terms of a Business ArrangementUse processes or tools to validate and resolve any issues and variances pertaining to invoices, and facilitate invoice settlement to avoid incurring penalties/additional costsUnderstand and maintain knowledge of Business Arrangement terms (including key Third Party and business segment or corporate function (TD) deliverables) and scope changes that will be actively managed throughout the term. If the Business Arrangement involves licenses or other assets, create and maintain governance processes to ensure effective asset managementUse processes or tools to verify negotiated rates, volume thresholds against aggregated spend, and financial commitments against baseline/business caseDevelop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors and other stakeholders by providing value-added analysis, presentations, guidance and/or operational support in a timely mannerAct as a "go to" resource to the business segment or corporate functional by providing relevant and meaningful information/data/guidance on procedures and/or issuesLead working sessions and/or facilitate meetings to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal TD partners and the vendor to ensure business requirements are met and objectives are alignedLead vendor related operational activities (e.g. report production, system queries, process mapping, specialized tracking, analysis and transactional procedural support) as assigned

SHAREHOLDER

Contribute to various operational activities and processes as assignedSupport development and/or implementation of SLAs, SLOs, KPIs or other contractual commitments to mitigate risk and maximize availability of service, efficiency and effectivenessBe knowledgeable of practices and procedures relating to managing Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML, in alignment with relevant frameworks, policies and standardsIdentify issues and monitor trends with a Third Party in a responsive manner, to reduce risk in alignment with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policies and related StandardsConsistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriateProtect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk activities as necessaryConduct internal and external research projects; support the development / delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audienceMay provide a range of reporting and / or meaningful analysis at the functional level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of programs or practicesFocus on continuous improvements to facilitate entering into Third Party Business Arrangements and promote effective Third Party deliveryAcquire and apply expertise in the discipline, provide guidance, assistance and direction to othersMaintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetiteMay lead work streams by acting as a project lead / subject matter expert for small scale projects / initiatives in accordance with project management methodologies

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

Undergraduate degree5+ years of experience
