Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Verification Engineer to help guide and determine the verification approach for our Systems Engineering team as it incorporates Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies to support our program.
ResponsibilitiesEstablishing verification strategy and approachLeading verification reviews of system requirementsDeveloping and maintaining a Requirements Traceability and Verification Matrix (RVTM)Engaging with community IPTs / Working Groups / Communities of PracticeAttending customer staff meetings and meeting frequently with the customer technical leadsSupporting Systems Engineering technical reviewsMentoring junior engineersEssential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, and 6-10 years of related/relevant work experience, or a Master’s Degree and 8 years of related/relevant work experienceModel Based Systems Engineering experience including SysML and DOORS/DXLExperience spanning the Systems Engineering Lifecycle with an emphasis on integration, verification, and validationExperience with a broad array of engineering tools/languages including No Magic Products, PTC Windchill, IBM DOORS, SysML, JAVA, and/or MATLAB SimulinkStrong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsAdditional Skills & QualificationsModel Based Systems Engineering experience including DOORS/DXL and SysMLManagement Professional (PMP) certificationAssociate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) INCOSE certification
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $72.11/hr.
