Senior Verification Engineer
Job Title: Sr Verification Engineer Job Description We are seeking a full-time Sr Verification Engineer to help guide and determine the verification approach for our Systems Engineering team as it incorporates Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies to support our program. Responsibilities + Establishing verification strategy and approach + Leading verification reviews of system requirements + Developing and maintaining a Requirements Traceability and Verification Matrix (RVTM) + Engaging with community IPTs / Working Groups / Communities of Practice + Attending customer staff meetings and meeting frequently with the customer technical leads + Supporting Systems Engineering technical reviews + Mentoring junior engineers Essential Skills + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, and 6-10 years of related/relevant work experience, or a Master’s Degree and 8 years of related/relevant work experience + Model Based Systems Engineering experience including SysML and DOORS/DXL + Experience spanning the Systems Engineering Lifecycle with an emphasis on integration, verification, and validation + Experience with a broad array of engineering tools/languages including No Magic Products, PTC Windchill, IBM DOORS, SysML, JAVA, and/or MATLAB Simulink + Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams + Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Additional Skills & Qualifications + Model Based Systems Engineering experience including DOORS/DXL and SysML + Management Professional (PMP) certification + Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) INCOSE certification Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $72.11/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
